Dear Reader,

Our campaign has been launched to ask RETAILERS such as banks, grocery chains, cleaners, shoe stores, barbershops, automotive repair shops, tire dealers, fast food chains and many other retailers earning their revenue from our communities to participate in building-up our employment situation.

This effort directly helps all retailers because there is a simple and direct correlation between full employment and high record-breaking revenues that retailers experience, and overstocked inventories with heavy discounts and barely earning monthly break-even obligations for payroll, utilities and merchant contracts during high unemployment.

Our efforts have also shifted from searching and soliciting existing nonprofit organizations, too.  We are now marketing to individuals who want to become part of the solution to their own community by forming a nonprofit tax-exempt organization that solves some of the problems they each want to support with a passion.  These individuals must change their mentality from being an employee to becoming a manager of people and resources to actually solve a problem that had time to develop over a period of decades.

These individuals must attend seminars that educate and inform them of their new responsibilities to the following agencies:

Of course, to a newcomer, this list of governmental agencies is overwhelming and intimidating.  However, the California State Controller offers local seminars that help acquaint these potentially new nonprofit leaders with real people from each of these agencies to ask their questions, and hear the questions of others to either  encourage them to move forward to serve the public or learn this task is beyond the scope of their present experience and comfort zone.

Our interests are primarily to educate our new friends of the opportunities available to become part of the solution to the many problems our community faces each minute of the day.

This effort will take a unique and special person with goals and a wealth of determination to help people in peril.  Some individuals may prefers to donate money, others will roll up their sleeves and become volunteers; some will want to test the waters by accepting a seat on the Board of Directors without pay.   Which ever is your calling, you will make the personal decision to address the matters that concern our community affairs.

Those persons who see themselves as leaders will want to take action to face an issue that causes poverty, loss of health, wealth, and or liberty.  These people only need to learn the procedures that empower them to become the person the community looks up to for the help needed when peril knocks on their doors, their hearts and ability to take care of themselves.

These new leaders will need the help from the community who will most benefit from their good works.  These are the retailers.  When a nonprofit organization restores a person's abilities -- becoming self-sufficient, self-reliant, gainfully employed or self-employed, the retailers begin to increase their revenues through the good works of nonprofit tax-exempt organizations located in the community where the retailers conduct their  businesses.  A small contribution from Retailers to nonprofit organizations goes a long way to restoring community members to become independent tax-paying citizens who bear the tax load to welfare, road construction and infrastructure of our country and community.

Retailers, 120 each,  sponsoring 84 community residents to pay their filing fees and seminar costs leverage $1.128 BILLION dollars to a community that is defined by only 16 blocks by 16 blocks.  A BILLION dollars is a lot of money to be spent at local retailer stores.  As retailers become familiar with this trend, they will want to contribute to multiple community clusters of 16x16 block communities all over southern California well into 49 other states!

You see, our communities are counting on Retailers, just as the Retailers are projecting the community will patronage their store as they have done since Los Angeles was founded in 1854.  Now, is a time for change that grows into BILLIONS of dollars.
