Dear Retailer:
Our FREE SEMINAR is scheduled to inspire the Retail industry to participate improving multiple communities by creating jobs, careers, job-training programs, job-retention programs for all adult-age people in our communities. We have selected the Retail industry because these organizations are first to benefit when the residents of our community generate sufficient incomes to purchase products and services which offer a better lifestyle.
As you know, your discounts off products and services only deplete the few remaining dollars of a community when the job market has dried up. We believe there is a better way to help both the community and Retailers - - Retailers, collectively, use our ideas to increase employment by making contributions to non profit organizations that are exempt under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)3 who also participate in our programs.
While Grant Promoter is a for-profit entity, our goals are similar to non profit organizations, however, we are not restricted in our performance of activities nor governed by the Internal Revenue Code §501(c)3 and other codes. While we are not tax-exempt, our premise is to earn a fair revenue, and give 10% of our annual corporate revenues to NPOs, and 50% of our personal annual income to create more non profit organizations that follow IRC §501(c)3. The organizations chosen for funding are those helping citizens with basic necessities such as food, clothing, housing, back rent, late mortgages and car notes, medical supplies, medication, education, job training, mentoring of high risk youth, low income families whether single parent, elderly, the sick, shut-ins, ex-felons, ex-gang members and programs that help individuals live an independent lifestyle.
While Retailers receive a tax-credit for their donations to NPOs, the NPOs will use this funding for two purposes. First to fund the Fictitious Business Names of community residents to enable them to become self-employed and have Grant Promoter as their first client. Grant Promter will train and prepare documentation for these new businesses to operate as Contract Approved Vendors, who refer NPOs to us to enter into a contract allowing the Grant Promoter to be paid to help them find funding for their annual mission statement activities, projects, programs, facilities and overhead expenses. Each agreement executed is submitted to the California Attorney General for prompt review. When we are successful helping an NPO obtain funding, we are paid a fee, from which we pay our CAVs a commission for their services. This creates employment and higher income for our community. Our CAVs live in our community, and they are most likely to purchase goods and services in our community, benefiting RETAILERS!
There are over 700,000 NPOs in the State of California. Rather than calling them ourselves, we hire CAVs to perform this task for us. Yes, we could make the contacts and earn the money, but this does not improve the employment situation in our community, nor does it help the RETAILERS, because we are a small group of people, and there is only so much food we will eat per month as well as goods and services that we could possibly use. By offering hefty incomes to CAVs, we are spreading the wealth, and their payment is a tax-write off for our business, too. Therefore, when we give 50% of our personal income, 10% of our business revenue and write off business expenses such as CAV commissions, not only are we giving back to the community, but helping it to grow and prosper.
I hope you will join us in our effort to contribute to a NPO by learning more about what we do at our

This book explains how a RETAILER'S donation to a Non Profit Organization (NPO) that is tax-exempt under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)3 helps individuals in the local community to become self-employed under a Fictitious Business Name. Self-employment includes the establishment of a dba at U.S. BANK where the individual will enter a contract with the Grant Promoter to become a Contract Approved Vendor (CAV). As a CAV, he/she will receive training and documentation tailored to their Fictitious Business Name to refer other non profit organizations (NPOs) throughout California to consider the Grant Promoter's agreement to authorize grant procurement on behalf of the NPO. (The Grant Promoter is under the supervision of the California Attorney General's Office, and each agreement is voluntarily submitted to the CAG for review and follow-up with the NPO. When an NPO enters an agreement with Grant Promoter, and Grant Promoter helps the NPO receive a grant award from $1,440,000 to $50 million. When the funds are in the NPO's control, a fee becomes due and payable to the Grant Promoter. From this fee, the CAV will be paid a commission in their Fictitious Business Name averaging $7,000.00. There are other factors that generate employment and income for the community to spend more cash at local Retail Store Locations in the Community. You may use this INVITATION FORM to R.S.V.P. (In such event you cannot attend, after you have received your confirmation for attendance, please contact us immediately to allow another Retailer to attend and reduce the number of empty seats.)
