If we all repeat the same activities over the past 30 years, we will most likely achieve the same results.  To think differently of the results would be absurd.  History is like baking your favorite delicious cake -- if you use the same amount of the same ingredients, mixed in the same manner as done previously, and baked in an oven at the same exact temperature for the same amount of time, you can expect and achieve the same delicious results.

Some of us have waited 30 years for a change in our economic situation, for improved opportunities, for increased income rates, better housing, education and services at prices that are reasonable and fair.

We know waiting does NOT bring about change.  We know  violence is an ineffective means to a positive end.  We know that working hard, well, makes you tired. Apparently, there is only one thing left...use our creative abilities to manipulate the environment around us and expect a change.

Creativity is here, and ready for us all to put to use in our lives.  If we want full employment, we must consider who will receive the greatest benefit.  By working backwards we can guide our actions to achieve the desired results.  Like a delicious cake, we can reverse engineer the results to determine how "delicious" became a reality from a wet batter of ingredients.

Our economy is brutally described as RETAILERS earning a profit from the labor of the general population.  When employment rates are high, RETAILERS make hefty profits and offer discounts on leader items to attract customers from competitors' and increase prices on companion products to offset leader item discounts.  This is achieved by shoppers considering convenience over price and getting home quicker with more fuel remaining in their tanks.

We have found the starting point of our "reverse engineering."  Allow RETAILERS' participation to raise employment opportunities.  RETAILERS offer discounts in two economies, high unemployment and high employment.  Either way, the RETAILERS attempt to maximize their revenue from the community.  This is a good thing, and we love their presence in our community.

Now, let's talk about creating high employment.

RETAILERS offer contributions to the community through donations and volunteering their time to a variety of nonprofit tax-exempt organizations under Internal Revenue Code §501(c)3.  This is their historical method of giving back to the community...and it is greatly appreciated, too!

The Grant Promoter is asking the RETAILERS to use the same donated money to increase employment in the communities of their store locations. Any prudent RETAILER would give a 10% discount if a customer were to spend $2,000.00 a month purchasing their products or services.  This means the RETAILER is giving-away $200.00 to gain $1,800.00 of gross revenue.

Now, let's manipulate "reverse engineering."  Would RETAILERS who donate $182.00 to a charity that is using the funds to help a community resident generate an income of $7,000.00 to $14,000.00 be a better investment?  Of course!  Because this individual would purchase products and services he/she could not afford due to low wages, unemployment and poverty.

This is why the Grant Promoter is soliciting RETAILERS through the distribution of  a pamphlet entitled, "RETAILER PARTICIPATION" which describes a program for 120 RETAILERS to help 84 residents each increase their annual income by $7,000.00 to $14,000.00 performing services for the community.

January 28, 2010, Volume V

The services are defined as helping the Grant Promoter make 700,000 Nonprofit Organizations (NPOs) in California become aware of the Grant Promoter's risk-free service to help them raise funds to perform their mission statement.  When these NPOs gain grant awards through the performance of our agreement, a fee becomes due to the Grant Promoter which pays referring community member a fee of $7,000.00 to $14,000.00.  Once paid, it does not take long before the spending spree begins.

When 120 RETAILERS each help 84 residents in their community increase their income, this means 10,000 residents have increased their income. The resulting influx of cash to NPO's, fees collected and paid in the community will exceed $1 BILLION.

The good news is that the program continues each year, without further contributions from the RETAILERS!  This means the Grant Promoter will have credibility, funding and experience to repeat the process for other economically depressed communities throughout California and other states.

With each success, the funding available to each community is greatly increased due to NPO awareness and trust in our programs, RETAILER's reduced reluctance to participate and free advertising by the California Attorney General by virtue of their on-line transparency for funding to NPOs.

So, you are wondering, "where does all this money come from?"  Here's a bit of history:  In 2007 over $300 BILLION was given to charities nationwide; in 2008 over $316 BILLION (see LA TIMES, June 10, 2009), and as of August 30, 2009, over $300 BILLION was given to charities even though there were sub-prime mortgage fraud, stock market prices collapse, hundreds of bank closures, investment firm take-overs and buyouts plus over $1 TRILLION of bail-out money from the federal government.  Notice, the dollar amount given to charities increased, despite the decline in for-profit operations and slowdown of the national economy.

The reason is, organizations that promise the Internal Revenue Service to offer 5% of their net worth to charities become tax-exempt when investing their hundreds of millions to billions of dollars each year. In short, 5% of their combined trillions of dollars must be given to charity each year....and this does not include RETAILERS, corporations and individuals who recognize the need to help charitable organizations.

So, do you want to do something for a change in your life?  Tell RETAILERS to visit our website, like you doing now, and let the RETAILER consider making a contribution to a Specified Non Profit Organization that is contractually committed to increase employment through our program.

A Specified Non Profit Organization is a NPO that enters an agreement with the Grant Promoter to apply the funds received from RETAILERS as a tax deductible contribution to fund this program, benefiting the residents of your community, the RETAILERS who serve the community, landlords, the tax-base for the city, state and federal government.

Print this page and give it to a RETAILER in your community.  Ask them to visit:
